Sirup Jeruk

Sirup Jeruk

Bahan :
- Jeruk mandarin 1 kg -
- Jeruk lemon 350 gram -
- Gula pasir 1 kg -
- Air 500 ml -
- Citrun zuur 1/2 sdt -
- Pewarna makanan orange secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Kupas jeruk mandarin hingga bersih.
2. Peras jeruk lemon kemudian ambil airnya.
3. Blender jeruk mandarin, jeruk lemon dan air hingga rata. Saring.
4. Rebus campuran jeruk, citrun zuur, gula pasir dan pewarna orange hingga mendidih.
5. Sirup siap pakai.
